Soy Wasabi Chicken Wings With Snap Peas

 

Friday night, do it right with these hot chicks! Learn how to whip up these glistening soy wasabi chicken wings with snap peas in a snap.

RECIPE

Preparation time : 30mins


INGREDIENTS:

Chicken

6 Chicken Wings
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Wasabi
3 Tbsp Honey
5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Fish Sauce

Snap Peas

200g Snap Peas
2 Tbsp Salt

Wasabi Mayo

1 Tbsp Wasabi
4 Tbsp Mayo

METHOD:

Chicken

1. Mince 4 cloves of garlic.
2. Mix the garlic with black pepper, wasabi, soy sauce, honey and fish sauce.
3. Marinate chicken wings with the mixture for 10 minutes.
4. Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes.

Snap Peas

1. Boil water.
2. Prepare ice bath.
3. Boil snap peas for 3 – 4 minutes with 2 tablespoons of salt.
4. Place snap peas in an ice bath.
5. Drain and set aside.

Wasabi Mayo

1. Mix Mayo and Wasabi.
